They worked closely together at Single Family Office, Tamar Capital, investing with purpose across multiple geographies. Their combined experiences in direct and fund investments, grounded in strong core values, inspired them to create Tamar Ventures. They continue to lead with kindness and innovation—qualities that define their approach and vision.

Over the years, Karine and Sophie have honed their expertise in design, design thinking, impact, and financial strategy. To better support startups, they launched Le Studio—a comprehensive suite of resources crafted specifically for emerging entrepreneurs. With a proven track record of empowering over 700 early-stage founders in the past five years, Tamar Ventures guides their companies to cross the finish line.
